We're so happy to have UK designer, Patrick Moriarty back for a second time at the SPDG. On March 9th, Patrick will be sharing with us the different stages of his design process, from choosing his initial elements to producing final color files for his clients.
He will show the paper print outs that he uses as guides to create his artworks before scanning them. Tricks, tips and shortcuts will be explained using screen shots to show the stages of his Adobe Photoshop procedures. His method of creating repeat patterns will be explained. At his first talk to SPDG in October 2016 he talked about his Paisley Power brand and his distinctive paisley patterns. Now you can find out how he creates them.
